We want to work with our customers to solve any security integrations problems they may be having, or give them solutions to possible requests they may have.  We would rather take a bit more time in getting the job done right the first time!  Sometimes a customer may not be aware of any possible problems with their door hardware/integration until we do a consultation for them and then they are made aware of them.  At this point, we can look what solution best fits with our customer.

Communication between all stakeholders is extremely important if we are to work as a successful team!  We work on bringing the customer, administration team, project manager and installers together so that everyone understands what work needs to be done.  We are always open to feedback and appreciate hearing from everyone so that we can constantly work at improving.
