Security Integration Technician:
 
Samson Security Solutions is seeking an experienced Integration Technician who can meet the following requirements: Pass a 12 panel Drug & Alcohol Test, has or would be willing to attain CSTS, WHMIS, and possibly holds some certifications in Access control system integration/supplier certifications. Duties include the installation of low voltage access control security systems in a new construction commercial environment as well as finished commercial environments. Installation & termination of field devices such as card readers, motion detectors, cameras, electrified locking hardware, etc. Service and repair of Security Integration Systems and a desire to cross-train and learn the Mechanical installation of security hardware on Commercial hollow metal & wood doors will also be required. Communication with customers, maintaining job site safety and completing progress sheets and sign off sheets is a daily requirement of this position as well. There will be work out of town with this position with expenses being covered. Salary will be based upon skills & experience. Door & Finished Hardware Installer

A fast growing Security Integration company is hiring for the position of a full time Door & Finished Hardware Installer. The installation of commercial hollow metal, wood doors and hardware is required. A Journeyman Carpenter who has experience in the Commercial construction area is desired. There will be independent and team work as required. Please note that there will be out of town work with accommodations in a camp environment. Please state if you hold any current safety training such as CSTS, First Aid, and WHMIS. This is commercial & industrial work so a Drug & Alcohol Test will be required prior to hiring. Your own transportation to and from job sites is required. A willingness to learn, a positive attitude and good work ethic is desired. Some experience with the installation of commercial doors & door hardware is considered an asset. Wage is negotiable depending upon skills and experience.
